SCM Solutions LLC was founded in Virginia to bring together two things that too often stay separate in healthcare: deep operational experience inside health systems and the ability to build technology that actually works for people.
The firm is built on 8+ years of hands-on experience leading enterprise programs across large health systems and managed care organizations — managing complex portfolios that cut across population health, quality, pharmacy operations, health equity, EHR-related initiatives, and large-scale organizational change.
That experience includes work at the intersection of technology and operations — implementing patient safety reporting systems, integrating third-party vendors into EHR platforms, standing up social determinants of health screening workflows, and supporting mass vaccination operations that served thousands of patients daily.
SteadiDay grew out of the same perspective. Older adults were underserved by the health technology market, so SCM Solutions built something for them — a single app that handles medications, tasks, health tracking, safety, and everyday utilities without requiring an account or a technical background.
